Suite 7 is the new home of Doug Risser and the offices of MTS Realty LLC, The Exchange Travel Services and The Exchange Business Suites.  MTS Realty owns and manages the MTS Building in downtown Goshen home to Menno Travel (210 S. Main). Cressy & Everett (210A S Main), and The Exchange (212 S Main).  In addition, MTS offers a limited number of residential property, and assists homeowners wanting to sell their own homes to find possible buyers.  We are not licensed real estate brokers.

The Exchange Travel Services offers escorted cruise vacations and will consult with individuals about upscale and luxury blue-water cruises and river cruises.  The Exchange Travel Services is an independent agent in affiliation with Menno Travel.  Our current escorted cruise offering is a Holland and Belgium at Tulip Time with Uniworld Boutique River Cruises for March and April 2020.  We have extensive experience with Crystal, Uniworld, Azamara, Oceania, Windstar, Celebrity, and similar lines with added amenities through Menno Travel’s partnership with the Signature Travel Network.
